Studies in Higher Education
The Learning and Teaching Unit, in collaboration with the UNSW School of Education, has developed a suite of four programs that offer university teachers the opportunity to reflect on educational theory and student learning research from the perspective of their own teaching experiences. These programs are designed to support staff at various stages in their career.

Foundations of University Learning and Teaching
An intensive 5-day workshop for UNSW teaching staff who wish to develop their practice by exploring a range of perspectives, ideas and theories of learning and teaching.

Graduate Certificate in University Learning and Teaching
Focuses on the development of teaching capability in Higher Education (HE). The program is designed to help both new and experienced University teachers develop a scholarly approach to teaching. It consists of aseries of 4 courses in key areas of learning and teaching.

Masters of Philosophy in Higher Education
Research degree with a coursework component designed to develop the research capability in the field of higher education.

Professional Placement Education
A course that develops capability in supervision in clinical settings for UNSW and conjoint staff who are responsible for the professional placement education of UNSW undergraduate students.
