Book a Consultation
The Educational Technology Support Services team offer one on one consultation services for staff who would like assistance with TELT services such as theBox, Moodle, Echo 360, Turnitin and Collaborate Ultra. As such we are providing these consultation services for users who have a specific query about existing functionality or have a unique use-case they wish to discuss. We expect that a typical consultation will be approximately one hour, however, may be less if the complete hour is not required.
Detail is very much appreciated, because it helps our team ensure that we are ready for your query.
You may access the form directly, should the below iFrame not load correctly.
Teaching Remotely Site
The PVCE Portfolio has developed the Teaching Remotely site to assist UNSW teaching staff with resources and guides to support them in teaching remotely. The site is split into 3 sections for Getting Started, Best practices and Technology and Tools for you to use depending on your specific needs.
You can visit the site to find infographics, videos and best practices on using centrally supported tools and services such as Collaborate Ultra and Personal Capture.
