The Educational Technology Support (ETS) team forms part of Learning & Digital Environments within the PVC(ESE)’s portfolio. ETS team is responsible for managing the operations, support and services of the University Technology Enabled Learning and Teaching (TELT) Platforms and associated applications to augment teaching and learning.
We strive to work closely with faculties and divisions to deliver an outstanding learning and teaching experience at UNSW.

The Educational Technology Support team offer one on one consultation services for staff who would like assistance with educational technology tools such as theBox, Moodle, Echo 360, Turnitin and Collaborate Ultra. As such we are providing these consultation services for users who have a specific query about existing functionality or have a unique use-case they wish to discuss. We expect that a typical consultation will be approximately one hour, however, may be less if the complete hour is not required. Providing as much detailed information is appreciated as it assists our team, ensuring we are ready for your consultation.
