The Educational Technology Services (ETS) team forms part of Learning Environments within the PVC(E)’s portfolio. ETS team is responsible for managing the operations, support and services of the University Technology Enabled Learning and Teaching (TELT) Platforms and associated applications to augment teaching and learning.

Book a Consultation
The Educational Technology Support Services team offer one on one consultation services for staff who would like assistance with TELT services such as theBox, Moodle, Echo 360, Turnitin and Collaborate Ultra. As such we are providing these consultation services for users who have a specific query about existing functionality or have a unique use-case they wish to discuss. We expect that a typical consultation will be approximately one hour, however, may be less if the complete hour is not required.

Virtual Drop-In Sessions
Introducing virtual drop-in sessions, a complimentary service in addition to our existing face to face sessions. Utilising Microsoft's suite of online tools and implemented through Power Automate, UNSW staff can now "virtually drop-in" and get connected with a member of the ETS support team online, through Microsoft teams.
UNSW staff can request a virtual drop-in session by simply providing brief information with what they wish to discuss and submitting the below online form. Should a member of the ETS support team be available, you will be connected. You will receive additional information and channel link via email.
Virtual Drop-In sessions are available during our standard Drop-in session times:
Tuesday's, 10am - 11am & Thursday's, 2pm - 3pm
