The Educational Technology Support Services team offer one on one consultation services for staff who would like assistance with TELT services such as theBox, Moodle, Echo 360, Turnitin and Collaborate Ultra.
Moodle, theBox, Echo 360, Turnitin and Collaborate Ultra are important tools that can assist you with improving your students learning experience. As such we are providing these consultation services for users who have a specific query about existing functionality or have a unique use-case they wish to discuss. We expect that a typical consultation will be approximately one hour.

We request a minimum of 1 weeks notice and at peak times this can be longer.
