The Educational Technology Services Support team offer one on one consultation services for staff who would like assistance with theBox, Moodle, Echo 360, Turnitin and Collaborate Ultra.
Moodle, theBox, Echo 360, Turnitin and Collaborate Ultra are important tools that can assist you with improving your students learning experience. As such we are providing these consultation services for users who have a specific query about existing functionality or have a unique use-case they wish to discuss. We do not currently offer general training. We expect that a typical consultation will be approximately one hour.
Please note that due to high demand for our services there is currently an approximately 2-4 week wait for consultation appointments.
Available Monday through Friday between 9:00am-4:30pm (except public and university holidays).
Due to the nature of our day to day operations, where possible please book a consultation a week in advance.
