The TELT team offer one on one consultation services for staff who would like assistance with theBox, Moodle, Echo 360, Turnitin and Collaborate Ultra. Students with issues relating to these services should contact the IT Service Centre.
theBox, Moodle, Echo 360, Turnitin and Collaborate Ultra are important tools that can assist you with improving your students learning experience. As such we are providing these consultation services for users who have specific queries about existing functionality or have a unique use-case they wish to discuss. We expect that a typical consultation will be approximately one hour.
Available Monday through Friday between 9:00am-4:30pm (except public and university holidays).
Due to the nature of our day to day operations, where possible please book a consultation a week in advance.
