Enquiry Management System (EMS) Implementation Project

The LTU is implementing an Enquiry Management System (EMS) to better respond to your questions and feedback.

The new Enquiry Management System (EMS) will introduce the following benefits for users:

  • Ability to submit enquiries directly to the LTU via a central web-based system
  • Improved access to high quality, timely and consistent responses to enquiries
  • Streamlined processes to provide feedback and suggestions on the information and services provided by the LTU

When will the Enquiry Management System (EMS) go live?
The project team is expecting the Enquiry Management System (EMS) to go live in August 2015.

How will I access the Enquiry Management System (EMS) once it has gone live?
Any of our users with an enquiry for the LTU will be required to submit their enquiry via a web form that will be accessible on the Teaching Gateway. Details to follow.

NB In Phase 1, the TELT team will not utilise the Enquiry Management System (EMS) and will continue to manage their enquiries through existing systems, such as the UNSW IT Service Centre.
