From 2021, the ETS team will be using a notification banner on the Moodle login page and Dashboard page to notify users of all planned and unplanned outages related to central Educational Technologies. This is an added feature on top of our usual channels of YammerTwitter and MS Teams to meet to keep our users informed in a timely manner.

Chatbot A.I.D.E for Inspera

As part of ongoing improvements to Chatbot A.I.D.E (Artificial Intelligence for Digital Education), the Educational Technology Support (ETS) team are planning to release the Inspera A.I.D.E for T1 2021 to support staff in the Digital Assessment Platform (DAP) pilot.

Inspera A.I.D.E is an extension to existing version of A.I.D.E, this will be only accessible from Inspera support pages which provides accurate responses regarding Inspera questions for UNSW Staff. While customers can still ask Moodle questions normally, Inspera questions may be asked without mentioning the context on Inspera Support pages.
