Advise your students

Tell your students that if they have difficulty with assignment submission, they should first:

  • look on the relevant support page for help (Turnitin Help Center, UNSW Turnitin/Moodle page), then,
  • if they still experience difficulty, contact their lecturers or course conveners. The instructor can then check that the Turnitin assignment has been set up correctly.

Technical support for Turnitin is available from UNSW IT Service Centre on extension 51333 or by email itservicecentre@unsw.edu.au.

Do not use the helpdesk service on the Turnitin.com website, as this will delay the response to your problem.
