In March, the Careers and Employment team was awarded ‘University Career Service Best Practice’ by online Chinese recruitment platform, LockIn China based on the team’s commitment to enhancing career education and support for Chinese students.
The Careers team has been collaborating with LockIn China for the last four years resulting in more employment opportunities and knowledge for our Chinese students looking to return to China. The relationship has also resulted LockIn and Chinese employers regularly attending UNSW’s annual International Student Careers Week in September. The award was accepted by Blair Slater, Manager, Global Employability during LockIn’s Global University Career Development Conference in Qingdao which included employers such as Tencent, Haier and Schneider Electric.
