Teaching to a small audience in tutorials or to larger groups in lectures is an art form. In many ways teaching can be likened to a performance where the classroom is the theatre, the lecturer is an actor, the students are the audience, and the lecture is the script.
This Connections session outlines the similarities between teaching and performance while sharing many tips and strategies on how to be an inspiring teacher by assuming a teacher as actor role.
