Export marks and results
Staff members have the capability to export and download test results in various formats to suit their needs.

"Download Marks and Grades" in Excel or CSV format is utilized for extracting marks and grades for each candidate on every question in a test.

"Export Results" is the preferred option when there's a need for students' answers to each question, along with their corresponding marks.
Export marks and grades to Excel or CSV
Inspera enables the export of marks and grades in CSV or Excel format, which includes students' scores for both automatically marked and manually marked questions on each question.

Note: Student answers are not included in these files. If there is a need to download a student's submissions, please refer to other options for exporting full results provided below.
Export full results
Results export in Inspera allows academics to easily extract full assessment results for further analysis. With this feature, they can export data such as student answers, student scores, correct answers, and other relevant information. The export contains:
- Start and end time
- Time spent on each question
- Answer is given on each question
- Possible scores for each question
- Automatic scores achieved on questions
- Manual scores given on questions

Question and Question Set Analytics
Question and Question Set Analytics provide valuable insights into the performance of individual questions or question sets. This tool allows teaching staff to analyse student responses, identify difficult questions, and assess the effectiveness of their assessment items.
