  • myExperience Dashboard: What's all the hype about?

Presented by Ms Keelin George, Manager, Student Surveys & Engagement, Pro Vice-Chancellor (Education)
myExperience Dashboard: What's all the hype about?

Student feedback is essential to inform quality assurance processes focused on improving the quality of teaching and the student experience. myExperience is a program aiming to support and inspire a culture of continuous improvement, oriented towards the common goal of delivering the UNSW Sydney Scientia Education Experience and enhancing student learning experiences.

Specifically, the myExperience program provides a channel to listen and respond to student feedback and is a mechanism to ensure feedback is collected efficiently, analysed robustly and reported competently.

In this session we will explain in more detail how the myExperience program is carried out and discuss how it is affecting QA/QE processes. We will also showcase ongoing progress in partnership with students to develop an alternative reporting solution that will provide better actionable insights, meaningful visualisations and interactive charts reflecting multiple data sources. The application will provide opportunities for teaching staff and leadership teams to harness student feedback data to drive decision making.
