Can I link an image with URL?
To make an image linked to the URL, upload a desired image using the Moodle text editor (best to choose "Label" from the activity picker) and use the text editor options to hyperlink the image to the a URL.
The url link does not open properly
When content does not display properly on a URL, it is important to check the target page is available to be opened and the users have access to view the page.
If using a URL resource, it is important to select a display option in the "Appearance" tab. If left to automatically choose a display option, Moodle may not choose the appropriate option for the content. For example, some sites may not allow you to display them as an embedded content.
