  • Scientia Education Academy Fellows visit UNSW Canberra

    Published: 7 June 2019

Photo from EF Lunch and Learn CanberraSome of the Scientia Education Academy Fellows (SEA) and Education Focussed (EF) academics met with our colleagues at UNSW Canberra as part of the EF Lunch & Learn hosted by ADFA Canberra on 31 May 2019.

The day included hearing from our innovative Canberra EF academics about their initiatives to improve students' learning experiences (incl. response to QILT data), making new connections and touring the Canberra campus.

"It was super interesting to hear about ADFA and its differences from Kensington. It was great to discover what our colleagues at ADFA were doing in response to declining student satisfaction, particularly as they are getting such strong results!" by trip participant.

There was also an opportunity to start creating myEducation Portfolio - an ePortfolio of your educational practices for reflection and promotion, and to showcase your teaching achievements - which is a UNSW SEIF project led by Prof Gary Velan and the inaugural SEA Fellows.
