Technology Enabled Learning and Teaching (TELT) Administration

This information page is intended for staff responsible for the preparation of modules in myUNSW Term Planning and myUNSW Learning Management, which are transferred to Moodle.

 

TELT Administrator Access

For Moodle TELT Administrator access to set up courses, manage templates and transfer content from one term to the next, please complete the UNSW TELT Administrator Role Request form.

Please note, that as of May 2024, the TELT Admin Access Request form has been digitised as a Microsoft PowerApp. The old paper-based form is no longer being accepted. Instead, please use our new UNSW TELT Administrator Role Request form.

Admin Access forms

PiMs and SiMs Systems hold centralised data relating to Student Records and Human Resources.

Staff wishing to gain access to People Information Management Systems or Student Information Management Systems need to apply using the forms indicated below. Applications for access are subject to appropriate approval before access will be granted by IT Service Centre. Forms will be processed in 5 working days.
